Our Team is comprised of seasoned recruiting professionals in Technology and Executive Search from Brand Names like Randstad, True Search and Robert Half and expert in-house recruiters from household names like Riot Games, Meta, Google and Uber.
Founders
- Andrew Esguerra is a recognized leader in the recruiting world. He was previously the West Coast Managing Director of Coda Search leading their West Coast expansion and driving internal innovation and advancement in technology. He is highly involved in the LA/SF/NYC Tech Ecosystems and has created strong VC partnerships nationwide. His specialty is Technical Recruiting and Executive Search for Early-Stage and High- Growth startups. Andrew is a well-respected voice in recruiting and has appeared as an expert source on various occasions in publications like the LA Times and radio shows and podcasts like BBC Business Matters and the BBC World Service.
- Jeremy Mollet is an accomplished veteran in the Staffing Industry. He was most recently the Founder of Blockchain Storytellers, a leading blockchain recruiting firm, where he partnered with the largest names in the industry and worked with high-growth startups in rapid domestic and international expansion. Jeremy’s expertise is in building and developing recruiting teams to achieve their maximum potential. As the Southern California Managing Director of VincentBenjamin, Jeremy was able to increase revenue of the region by 500% leading to the company’s acquisition. At Randstad, Jeremy led his office to back-to-back Office of the Year awards, a feat that had never been accomplished before and has since yet to be repeated.
Origin Story
Andrew and Jeremy first met at VincentBenjamin where Jeremy hired Andrew as a technical recruiter and they worked together to rebuild the company’s Los Angeles Office. Together they were able to significantly grow both the Contract/Staff Augmentation business and the Direct-Hire business. After 3 years at VB together, Jeremy ventured out to start his own firm, Blockchain Storytellers and Andrew joined Coda Search to lead their West Coast expansion.
Another 3 years later, Andrew and Jeremy decided to join forces to design and build a new recruiting firm to fit the rapidly changing landscape of recruiting. By leveraging the latest tools with AI and Automation and embracing continuous innovation and change, they are building a highly scalable platform where recruiters can achieve their maximum potential.
